Description Dawson Comenda PROhood1 Pass Through Dishwasher with drain pump The PROhood 1 from Dawson is the ideal solution for small to medium sized outlets, complete with a washing system that operates with reduced water and energy consumption.   This adaptable unit comes as a multi power unit as standard which will allow connection to a variety of single phase or three phase electrical supplies, shown below: Total Power - hot/cold fill 230V - 3.1kw /3.75kw 230V - 5.45kw / 6.75 kw 230V - 7.75kw / 9.75 kw 400V - 7.75 kw / 9.75 kw With an output of up to 30 x 500mm square racks per hour, it has a clearance height 440mm and a cycle time of 120/180 seconds. Water consumption per cycle is 3.2 litres It also features a patented Rinse Control Device (RCD) which keeps water at a constant temperature of 80 degrees C, throughout the rinse cycle,even when water pressure is low, ensuring compliance with stringent WRAS back-flow protection regulations.
